Elemental Meditation: Air

The air elemental power meditation is very similar to the water elemental meditation with a few minor changes. It is recommended to perform this meditation with a fan on that you can feel the air from.

First off, get yourself into a trance. If you don’t know how to do this, please refer to my article, How To: Induce a Trance. Once you have successfully induced a trance, you are ready to perform the air elemental meditation.

To begin, feel the air around you. Focus on how it travels and feel the air coming in and out with each breath, replenishing your mind, body, and soul with the element of air. Once your consciousness is entirely consumed by the experience, it is time to begin the meditation.

Visualize and will a cold, rejuvenating breeze sweeping through your root chakra. Make sure you completely surround the chakra with the element, and allow it to penetrate it and fill up like a balloon. Do this for your sacral, solar plexus, heart, and throat chakras as well.

Once you have arrived to the 6th chakra, visualize the chakra surrounded by fans constantly blowing cool air into it from all directions. Do the same for the crown chakra.

The meditation is now complete.
