This meditation strengthens the water element of the soul.
Next, imagine yourself falling backwards into a pool of water. Feel the coolness of the water completely surrounding your entire being. Immerse your consciousness completely into the experience. Feel it flowing through your hair, fingers, and toes. Enjoy the experience for a few minutes.
Now, starting from the root chakra, visualize and will the water into your root chakra, then your sacral and solar plexus chakras. When you arrive at the heart chakra, will and visualize so much water into it that it swells and begins to overflow. Once this is done, return to the normal process for your throat, 6th, and crown chakras.
The meditation is now complete.
