This is a very basic and easy meditation technique used as a foundation technique for more advanced meditations. It is excellent for generalized meditation, and quickly calms the mind and quenches the soul. It is Satanic in nature, however, anybody can practice this and it does not commit you to the Satanic practice.
To begin, sit up straight with your legs either crossed or extended outwards.
Next, close your eyes and clear your mind by focusing on your breath. Breathe in through your nose for six counts, hold for six counts, and exhale through your mouth fox six counts. Make sure you pace your breaths so that they are even, deep, and regulated.
If you have trouble focusing due to internal or external distractions, or are having trouble remaining still, please refer to my article, Introduction to Meditation
